List With Prices

The Gospel:

We give the Gospel of John tract to share true Hope along with physical hope.

1,000 – Book of John Tracts $1.00 each

Total: $1,000

Communications:

When deploying the day of a disaster, there is no power and no way to communicate. We had one Starlink during Helene which allowed us to provide communications for the community as well as for us to operate. We need 2 more to be able to communicate between trucks when out of radio contact. We currently have licensed GRMS radios for our trucks as well as hand helds. The base camp antenna will allow us a far greater area to communicate.

2 – Starlink Minis    $499.00 each

$988.00

1 – GRMS Radio $358.00 each

$358.00

Total: $1,356.00

Supply Cabinets/Shelves:

We have utilized the same cabinets and shelves for disaster relief for years. These specific cabinets allow us to simply roll in pre-sorted supplies to an affected church. The church then simply opens them up for people to get what they need. When they are through, we pick them up and reuse them for other disasters. To outfit 3 new trailers, so we can bring in even more supplies this year, we need more. We purchase these from Sam's.

25 - rolling cabinets $249.98 each

Trailers:

This cargo trailer will be a twin to our current one. It will be deployed the day of a disaster, or in the case of a hurricane, pre-deployed to instantly go in. The new trailer will have a bathroom and area to sleep along with bringing in 20 supply cabinets. Having this second one will allow us to bring in 40 supply cabinets to one location or have them in different communities at the same time. The bathrooms and sleeping areas, allows volunteers to stay longer and if needed in multiple location

1 - 28’ Disaster Trailer

$35,000

2 - Disaster Semi Trailers

$40,000

One 53’ semi-trailer will allow us to bring in another 200+ generators and 20+ supply cabinets along with pallets of supplies and workspace. A second trailer will have a walk-in freezer for frozen food storage and the rest climate controlled for additional non-frozen storage.

1 - Food Trailer

$80,000

Food from the government and large orgs take time to arrive. The first feeding crews generally come in from small food trucks or individuals with grills that come on the first weekend they are off work. With an actual food trailer and crew, we can set up at a church and start feeding the first day bridging the gap.

1 - Water Trailer

$12,000

Deploying the day of a storm requires us to be self-sufficient sine utilities are almost always down. One of the things we need to bring is non-potable water. This trailer will be able to bring in 500 gallons to use for bathroom operations for our trailers.

Total: $167,000

Large Generator:

Our overall goal in disaster relief is to quickly get a local church up and running. In most disasters, whatever location/facility is up and running first will be the center of relief. We feel like that should be a local church. Having a large generator to run a local church would instantly allow it to be the center of hope. We currently run church kitchens with small generators but cannot run the entire church. A large generator would allow this.

1 – 100 – 200KW

Total: $35k - 65k.

Also, one of the main issues in a disaster is that there is no fuel. Having a large generator would allow us to make a local gas station operational so the community can get very needed fuel for generators, chainsaws, vehicles, etc. Like the semi-trailer, we can buy a solid used one at a fraction of the price.

Warehouse:

Our biggest need is a warehouse. A warehouse will instantly allow us to be more efficient, be better at logistics, have drastically more supply capacity, more workspace, an office, space for volunteers to serve, places for volunteers to sleep and supply distribution if a local need occurs, etc.

1 – 10,000 square foot Warehouse

$450,000.00
